Checking services…
What these checks mean
Each service is probed from our servers and judged on what it returns, not merely on whether it answers. The transcription API is called with a key that does not exist and is expected to reject it: a real 401 proves the request reached the service, the service reached its datastore, and it got an answer back. A host that is listening but broken would not pass that.
Operational means the expected response arrived within two seconds. Degraded means it arrived, but slowly or not in the expected form. Down means nothing usable came back within five seconds.
What this page cannot tell you
It runs on the same infrastructure as the rest of this site, so it cannot report the failure of the thing serving it. If you cannot load this page at all, treat that as the outage signal. We do not yet run an independent external monitor; when we do, it will be linked from here.
It also reports the present moment only — there is no incident history here yet. For anything affecting your account, or to report something this page says is fine when it is not, contact support or email support@speechrevolutions.com.
Machine-readable
The same data as JSON, for anyone who would rather poll it than read it:
curl https://www.speechrevolutions.com/api/status
Returns overall, a per-service breakdown with latencies, and checkedAt. Never cached. Please keep polling to once a minute or slower.
